江苏省泰兴县委、县政府积极采取有效措施,提高民办教师待遇。目前,这个县已经实现民办教师与公办教师待遇大致相同,大大缩小了民办教师与公办教师的待遇差距,使民办教师队伍日趋稳定。一、民办教师享有与公办教师相同的工龄、教龄津贴。1985年工资制度改革时,泰兴县参照公办教师工资改革的有关政策,制定了民办教师工资改革实施方案。方案规定民办教师同样实行结构工资制,与公办教师一样享受工龄、教龄津贴,并按公办教师标准执行。
Taixing County, Jiangsu Province, county government actively take effective measures to improve the treatment of private teachers. At present, the county has achieved the same treatment as private-run teachers and public-service teachers, greatly reducing the treatment gap between private-run teachers and public-service teachers, and steadily stabilizing the ranks of private-sector teachers. First, private teachers enjoy the same length of service as public teachers, teaching allowance. When the wage system was reformed in 1985, Taixing County formulated the implementation plan of wage reform for private teachers in light of the relevant policies on wage reform of public teachers. The program stipulates that non-government-run teachers also implement the structural wage system, enjoy the same seniority and seniority allowance as public-sector teachers, and implement them in accordance with the standards of public teachers.
