随着国内外环境趋紧、经济周期阶段的转换,全国各省市均在取得了一季度的“开门红”后遇到了较大的增长下行压力,尤其是在工业领域。与全国相比,在支柱行业汽车制造业增长放缓的拖累下,4月份,北京市工业出现了较大幅度的回落。4月当月,北京市规模以上工业增加值增速下降至0.3%,较2月和3月分别下降24.9和7.5个百分点,全国工业同期仅回落0.05和1.1个百分点。虽然今年前4个月北京市工业呈现逐月放缓发展态势,但北京市工业发展的基础依然较好,多点支撑格局逐步稳固,新动力持续注入,增长后劲不断增
With the tightening of the domestic and international environment and the transition of the economic cycle, all provinces and cities in the country have experienced greater downward pressure on growth after the first quarter, especially in the industrial field. Compared with the whole country, dragged down by the sluggish growth of the automobile manufacturing industry in the pillar industries, the industry in Beijing saw a sharp drop in April. In the month of April, the growth rate of the added value of large-scale industrial enterprises in Beijing dropped to 0.3%, down 24.9% and 7.5% respectively from February and March. The national industry only dropped by 0.05% and 1.1% over the same period of last year. Although the industry in Beijing showed a monthly slowdown in the first 4 months of this year, the foundation for industrial development in Beijing is still relatively good with more and more supportive structures steadily growing.
