目的:评价不同扫描参数下肺穿刺活检的辐射剂量、图像质量,探讨低剂量扫描在CT引导下肺穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法:(1)低剂量(40 mA)肺穿刺活检117例;常规剂量(150 mA)肺穿刺活检124例。(2)分别比较两种扫描参数下的CT权重剂量指数和剂量长度乘积、图像质量。结果:低剂量组的CT权重剂量指数和剂量长度乘积为(1.8±4.7)mG y和(17.1±3.6)mGy.cm,明显低于对照组。结论:低剂量扫描既能保证CT引导下肺穿刺活检成功,又能减少患者辐射剂量。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the radiation dose and image quality of lung biopsy under different scanning parameters and to explore the value of low-dose scanning in CT-guided lung biopsy. Methods: (1) 117 cases of low-dose (40 mA) lung biopsy and 124 cases of routine-dose (150 mA) lung biopsy. (2) CT weight dose index and dose length product and image quality of the two scanning parameters were compared respectively. Results: The product of CT weight dose index and dose length of low dose group was (1.8 ± 4.7) mGy and (17.1 ± 3.6) mGy.cm, which was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion: The low-dose scanning can not only ensure the success of CT-guided pulmonary biopsy but also reduce the radiation dose of patients.
