目前我国在全局性战略重组基本完成的情况下,监管体制改革滞后正成为公司事业突出的矛盾。价格管理的机构设置改革又是重建价格管制机能的重要内容,为此,必须从引入竞争机制和重建价格管制机能两方面进行价格形成机制的改革。
At present, under the situation that the overall strategic reorganization is basically completed, the lag of regulatory reform is becoming a prominent contradiction in the company’s business. Institutional reform of price management is an important part of reconstructing the function of price control. To this end, it is necessary to reform the mechanism of price formation from the perspectives of introducing a competition mechanism and rebuilding the price control function.
