苏府办[2010]217号各区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区管委会,市各委办局,各直属单位:为加快转型升级步伐,做大做强中心城市,鼓励各城区共享招商资源,拓展城区发展空间,市统计局等部门制定的《苏州城区引进项目异地开发统计考核实施办法(试行)》已经市政府同意,现转发给你们,请遵照执行。二○一○月二十三日苏州城区引进项目异地开发统计考核实施办法(试行)第一条为贯彻落实科学发展观,加快推进转型升级,做大做强中心城市,促进“三区三城”建设,根据市委、市政府《关于加快经济转型升级做大做强中心城市的若干政策意见》(苏发[2009]55号)和《关于加快经济转型升级促进中心城市做大做强任务责任分解的通知》要求,结合统计工作实际,特制定本办法。
