Since its publication last year, the Association for Science and Technology at all levels in the province has made remarkable achievements in organizational construction, advice and suggestions, services for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, science popularization and so on, and made new contributions to boosting the economic and social development in Sichuan. In 2010, the provincial Association of Science and Technology for the Disabled Association has continuously strengthened its organizational construction. The existing membership has reached more than 24,580, and 19 new associations have been set up in the county. There are now 67 county-level associations. All in the province
