索菲特传奇酒店 （Sofitel Legend） 是指设在庄严的文化遗产内的酒店或宫殿，遍布全世界各大标志性城市。该系列的每一处地标酒店均饱含历史感，全都拥有一段峥嵘岁月，其中一些可上溯到几个世纪以前。这些独特的酒店都是传奇之所，且接待过传奇人物。往昔岁月的脚步声在大厅回响，而这些文化遗产通过世界级的服务、绝妙的装潢和灵感美食体验得以延续至今。阿姆斯特丹大酒店就是这样一家深受历史熏陶的梦幻般的索菲特传奇酒店。

Every Landmark hotel in the series had their memorable days， some of which can be traced back to several centuries ago. These unique hotels are legendary， and have received legendary figures. Footsteps in the past still echoed in the hall， and these cultural heritages of the world are able to continue its lifeline through its world-class service， wonderful decoration and inspirational cuisine. Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam Hotel is such a hotel that is deeply influenced by the fantastic history.

曾经是15 世纪的女修道院、皇家舰队司令总部及市政厅所在地，阿姆斯特丹大酒店有着悠久的历史。这座将传统和现代荷兰文化完美地融合在一起，给人留下深刻视觉印象的建筑，是由法国著名建筑师西比尔·马哲睿与荷兰设计学院合作完成的。美丽的庭院，彩色的玻璃窗，迷人的内部花园，大堂千姿百态的鲜花无不让人流连忘返。酒店拥有177间风格各异的客房和52个别致装修的套房，纵使身处繁华与喧嚣，甚而迷乱享乐的阿姆斯特丹市中心，在我的套房里喝着咖啡，看着窗外阳光与运河的波光交织，这一刻的光影是如此的曼妙宁静。
春天的阿姆斯特丹竟然也如此悠长，黄昏时分仿佛凝滞一般，我的晚餐被安排在酒店的Bridges餐厅。这家米其林星级餐厅是阿姆斯特丹最好的海鲜餐馆，用一种纯荷兰方式呈现当地的新鲜鱼是“桥”餐厅的特色，当然主厨鲍比·拉斯特（Bobby Rust）用他丰富的想象力将法餐的时尚极其完美的融入进每一道菜品，为我们呈现出不同凡响的荷兰佳肴。贝壳里珍珠一般的黄油，珊瑚上错落有致的餐前小吃，味道鲜美迷人的龙虾及鲜鱼，香甜可口的冰激凌甜品。Bridges餐厅富有鲜明现代风味的经典美食，温馨时尚的环境，细致热情的服务，都让我感到宾至如归。
4天的阿姆斯特丹之行不觉间就结束了，带着美好的记忆，望着身后渐渐逝去的运河，我想说：阿姆斯特丹，无限精彩！
Sofitel Legend Hotel is located in downtown Amsterdam between two quiet canals， near the palace on the Dam Square， Anne’s house， the museum area and the world famous shopping paradise P.C. Hooftstraat street. The fa?ade of Andaz Hotel is low-key enough， but here in Sofitel Legend you would have to pass through the tall arched gate， with the word "The Grand" written on it， and the moment you enter its ancient historical courtyard， its magnificence and legends haunt you.
This visually impressive building was once a 15th-century convent， the royal lodgings to Dutch Admiralty headquarters and the city hall of Amsterdam； the hotel boasts a rich history. This building was designed and completed in cooperation by the famous French architect Sybille de Margerie and Design Institute of Holland. The beautiful garden， stained glass windows， charming inside garden， haunting flowers， once here， no one would ever want to leave. The hotel has 177 rooms of different styles and 52 Suites with chic decorations. Even in the busy， noisy and indulgent downtown Amsterdam， I sat in my suite with a cup of coffee in my hand， looking out of the window， watching the sun and water canals intertwined， a moment that was quiet and graceful. I did not imagine the spring of Amsterdam to be this long， the dusk seemed to have froze. My dinner was arranged in the hotel restaurant Bridges. This Michelin star restaurant is Amsterdam's best seafood restaurant， every fresh fish dish is cooked in authentic Holland way. Chef Bobby Rust， with his rich imagination， has injected the essence of French cuisine into every dish， and presented the Holland dishes in an unconventional way. As for the food， you name it， they got it： pearl like butter inside the shells， nicely arranged tapas on the corals， lobster and delicious fish and ice cream dessert. Bridges restaurant is full of surprises； classic food with modern flavour， warm and fashionable environment， passionate service， everything made me feel at home.
The 4-day trip to Amsterdam was soon over. Looking at the passing of the canal behind me， I wanted to say that Amsterdam is a place where wonder knows no limit.
