教师是人类灵魂的工程师,而在这群“工程师”之中,有一个特殊的群体,他们的工作不仅仅是学生的教学活动,还要关心学生的思想与心理变化,管理整个班集体,他们就是班主任。班主任的工作看起来不是很难,但其实做过的才知道,班主任难当,高中班主任更难当,高中班主任不仅需要做好本职的教学活动,还要关注整个班级的学习动态,更重要的是完成高考这个总目标。因此,怎样当好一名高中班主任,引导学生们进行高效率的学习与生活,是我们所要重视与研究的问题。
