制备不同胎龄水囊引产胎脾M,以LPS(10mg/L)为诱导剂,刺激48h,MTT法检测不同胎龄胎脾M上清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF的含量,并与外伤成人脾M的分泌功能进行比较,发现不同的单核细胞团子,其胚胎发育状况极不一致:胎脾MIL-1的分泌在胚胎32周达成人水平(P>0.05)并保持至出生;IL-6的分泌在胚胎20周时已与成人无差别(P>0.05),至出生前,已显著超过成人水平(P<0.01);而TNF的分泌,在胚胎期一直处于较低水平(P<0.01)。同时观察到免疫介质(LPS、IFN-γ)对胎脾M分泌IL-6、TNF有协同刺激作用。
