用原子吸收法测定了高空缺氧条件下DPH对大鼠脑组织铁、锌含量的影响.并测定了脑MDA含量。结果显示:对照组在高空缺氧条件下.脑组织铁含量明显高于用药组P<0.05).而脑锌含量明显低于用药组(P<0.05)。脑组织MDA含量明显高于地面对照组及用药组(P<0.01)。这表明,在高空缺氧条件下,对照组脑组织过氧化反应增强,高于用药组;脑组织MDA含量与锌含量成反比。
The effect of DPH on the content of iron and zinc in rat brain was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The brain MDA content was measured. The results showed that: the control group under high altitude hypoxia. Brain iron content was significantly higher than the drug group P <0.05). The brain zinc content was significantly lower than the drug group (P <0.05). Brain MDA content was significantly higher than the ground control group and medication group (P <0.01). This indicates that in the condition of anaerobic hypoxia, the brain tissue peroxidation in the control group is enhanced, which is higher than that in the medication group. The content of MDA in the brain tissue is inversely proportional to the zinc content.
