1980年山形县每10公亩大豆产量为178公斤,高于全国平均产量(122公斤)。但与稻米相比产量仍是较低的。当前要提高大豆产量,需要采取使固氮能力高的根瘤菌侵入结瘤和使根瘤的活性持续到生育后期的施肥栽培管理措施。另一方面,大豆中的氮素,分别来自肥料、根瘤和土壤。大豆以怎样的比例吸收这些不同来源的氮素,这是人们感兴趣的问题。本文介绍了在田间条件下利用~(15)N 试算不同来源氮素的方法和结果。
In 1980, the output of soybean in every 10 mu of Yamagata Prefecture was 178 kg, higher than the national average (122 kg). However, the yield is still lower compared to rice. At present, to increase soybean yield, it is necessary to take management measures such as fertilization and cultivation management to make rhizobia with high nitrogen fixation invade nodulation and nodule activity to the later growth stage. On the other hand, nitrogen in soybeans comes from fertilizers, root nodules and soil, respectively. What percentage of soybeans soybeans absorb these different sources of nitrogen is a matter of interest. In this paper, the method and result of using different sources of nitrogen to test the use of ~ (15) N under field conditions are introduced.
