目的探讨癌基因叉头框蛋白M1(FOXM1)与增殖细胞Ki67抗原表达对三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)患者预后的影响。方法免疫组化分析FOXM1和Ki67在60例TNBC组织中的表达,分析其表达量的相关性及其对TNBC患者预后的影响。结果 TNBC组织中FOXM1和Ki67共表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、TNM分期、腋窝淋巴结转移和血管神经侵犯密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。FOXM1与Ki67表达呈正相关(r=0.4635,P<0.01)。FOXM1和Ki67高表达以及腋窝淋巴结转移情况可以作为判断TNBC预后的独立因素。结论TNBC组织高表达FOXM1和Ki67,有望成为TNBC患者预后判断的新指标,也为探索TNBC治疗新靶点提供思路。
Objective To investigate the effect of expression of FOXM1 and Ki67 on the prognosis of patients with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Methods The expression of FOXM1 and Ki67 in 60 TNBC tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the expression of FOXM1 and Ki67 and the prognosis of TNBC was analyzed. Results The co-expression of FOXM1 and Ki67 in TNBC was closely related to tumor size, differentiation, TNM stage, axillary lymph node metastasis and vascular nerve invasion (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between FOXM1 expression and Ki67 expression (r = 0.4635, P <0.01). FOXM1 and Ki67 overexpression and axillary lymph node metastasis can be used as independent factors to judge the prognosis of TNBC. Conclusion High expression of FOXM1 and Ki67 in TNBC tissues may be expected to become a new prognostic indicator in TNBC patients and provide a new idea for exploring new therapeutic targets for TNBC.
