当下,有这样一种现象令人忧虑:有些地方管事的村干部级别不高,官瘾不小,不甘于服务群众,却善于对付、应付群众。走到人家,便居上位,人家十分恭敬,神仙一般快活;及至人求办事,则打官腔、摆身架、设关卡,老虎一般凶恶;一朝坏事东窗事发,又哭爹喊娘、磕头求人,落水狗一般可怜。他们或以权谋私,不给好处不办事;或渎职枉法,利用手中掌握的权力,为个人和亲属办一些见不得人的违纪违法之事;等等,不但直接影响着党和政府在人民心目中的形象,而且阻碍了党群、干群关系及党的事业的发展。
