本文报道三个新的美登素类肿瘤抑制剂,红背叶素(Trewiasine,1),脱氢红背叶素(Dehydrotrewiasi-ne,2)和脱甲红背叶素(Demethyltrewiasine,3)的分离和结构的阐明。并描述了另二个新的美登素类化合物trenudine(5)和treflorine(6)的部分性质。红背叶(Trewia nudiflora)种子27.2kg经石油醚脱脂后的乙醇萃取浓缩液。
Three novel maytansinoid tumor suppressors, Trewiasine (1), Dehydrotrewiasi-ne (2) and Demethyltrewiasine (3) Separation and structural elucidation. And describe some of the properties of two other new maytansinoid compounds, trenudine (5) and treflorine (6). 27.2 kg of Trewia nudiflora seeds were extracted with petroleum ether degreased ethanol.
