针对工程中常用的频谱仪和示波器进行噪声定性分析方法的缺点,提出利用高速采样器对噪声进行采样,用计算机进行相关函数计算,进而近似求出噪声的功率谱密度;最后利用假设检验方法,对噪声的一维分布密度进行分布检验,定量分析了噪声的质量。本文提出的方法,对一般工程定量分析噪声有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the qualitative analysis methods of the commonly used spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes in engineering, this paper proposes to use high-speed samplers to sample the noise, to calculate the correlation function by computer and to approximate the power spectral density of the noise. Finally, by using the hypothesis testing method, The one-dimensional distribution of noise density distribution test, quantitative analysis of the noise quality. The method proposed in this paper has certain practical value for quantitative analysis of general engineering noise.
