本刊第10期介绍了WEEE和RoHS指令,目的在于减少废弃物的数量,建立有效的废弃物回收体系,最大限度地利用及循环利用,鼓励人们使用有利于环保的产品。但是随着欧盟对产品的环保要求越来越高,已经形成了欧盟市场的新的贸易技术壁垒,将直接影响我国电子电气产品出口欧盟,我国有关部门和出口企业应早作准备。
This article introduces the WEEE and RoHS directives, the purpose is to reduce the amount of waste, the establishment of an effective waste recovery system, maximize the use and recycling, encourage people to use environmentally friendly products. However, with the EU’s ever-increasing demands on the environmental protection of products, a new trade and technology barrier has been formed in the EU market, which will directly affect the export of China’s electrical and electronic products to the EU. Relevant departments and export enterprises in China should make preparations in advance.
