小鼠ig咯萘啶293～507mg/kg(0.21～0.36LD_50)合并伯喹50mg/kg的死亡鼠数均未超过单ig伯喹组,明显少于氯喹102～253mg/kg(0.15～0.38LD_50)合并伯喹组。大鼠im咯萘啶50mg/kg或300mg/kg合并伯喹51mg/kg的死亡鼠数与单ig伯喹组相仿,明显少于氯喹50mg/kg合并伯喹组。猕猴于iV食蟹猴疟原虫子孢子当日起用咯萘啶im 10mg/kg配伍伯喹每天3mg/kgx3d的治疗结果与单ig伯喹的相同,均治愈。
