用450mg/kgD-氨基半乳糖致大鼠急性肝损害后,给外源性四甲烯二胺,在光学显微镜和透射电镜下观察其对实验性急性肝损害的肝病理组织形态和亚微结构的影响。结果四甲烯二胺治疗组的肝组织损害明显比对照组轻。显示外源性四甲烯二胺能促进或协助肝中毒致肝损害的恢复过程。
