介绍直读光谱仪快速定量分析硅钢中氮元素。对影响分析准确度、短期精度和长期精度的主要因素进行了探讨。本方法氮的检出限为0.000222%,N=0.0016%时标准偏差 S=0.000117%,并已应用于硅钢生产过程质量控制。
Introduction of direct reading spectrometer for rapid and quantitative analysis of nitrogen in silicon steel. The main factors affecting the accuracy of analysis, short-term accuracy and long-term accuracy are discussed. The method detection limit of nitrogen is 0.000222%, standard deviation S = 0.000117% when N = 0.0016%, and has been applied to the quality control of silicon steel production process.
