目的探究圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复老年多数牙缺失的临床效果、常见的问题及治疗方法。方法河南省平顶山市新华区人民医院口腔科2009年1月至2012年1月接诊的老年多数牙缺失患者35例作为研究对象,针对戴用圆锥型套筒冠可摘局部义齿后1~3年进行随访,对满意度、基牙牙冠、牙周、修复体情况等项目的随访结果进行分析。结果 135例患者42副圆锥形套筒冠义齿的168颗基牙中,4颗基牙内冠脱落,占2.3%;基牙折断2颗,占1.2%;基牙因松动而脱落3颗,占1.7%;牙龈萎缩、牙龈炎5颗,占2.9%。22例修复体唇侧树脂基托折裂,修复后不影响使用。3患者对修复美学评价的满意率为100%。4咀嚼效率及舒适度97.2%。5对治疗过程评价的满意度为100%。结论圆锥形套筒冠修复体固位性能好,提高了患者的咀嚼功能,改善了患者前牙的美观度,是深受患者喜爱的修复体之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects, common problems and treatment of conical telescopic canopy dentures in the repair of most elderly patients with tooth loss. Methods A total of 35 elderly patients with tooth loss admitted from January 2009 to January 2012 in Xinhua District People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan City, Henan Province were selected as research objects. Year follow-up, the satisfaction, abutment crown, periodontal, prosthesis and other items of the follow-up results were analyzed. Results Among the 168 abutments of 42 conical mandibular crowns, 135 cases had a loss of the inner crest of 4 abutments, accounting for 2.3%; two abutments fractured, accounting for 1.2%; 3 cases of abutment loss due to loosening, Accounting for 1.7%; gingival recession, gingivitis 5, accounting for 2.9%. Twenty-two cases of prosthetic lip base resin fracture, repair does not affect the use of. 3 patients satisfaction rate of repair aesthetics was 100%. 4 chewing efficiency and comfort 97.2%. 5 Satisfaction with the evaluation of the treatment process was 100%. CONCLUSIONS: The conical sleeve crown prosthesis has good retention properties, improves patient’s masticatory function and improves the aesthetics of the patient’s anterior teeth. It is one of the most popular prosthetic devices.
