1993年6月21日至28日,我们受公安部委派去香港,对一起发生在外国轮船上的凶杀案进行调查取证。香港警察队刑警负责人、香港国际刑警及与办案有关的警署热情接待了我们,并协助我们顺利完成了办案任务。在香港工作期间,我们利用与香港警方的接触,对香港的治安情况、香港警察的组织结构、运行机制、对付犯罪的办法等方面做了了解。现归纳之,以使同行们能从中得到某种借鉴。香港的治安情况从外观上看,香港的社会治安还是比较好的。在香港的一周时间里,虽然我们每天都各处走,却没有遇到过打架斗殴、酗酒滋事和女招待、女服务员街上拉客等现象。香港有43万多辆汽车,路面密度达每公里近300辆(属世界最高之列),且车速很
From June 21 to June 28, 1993, we were sent by the Ministry of Public Security to go to Hong Kong to investigate and collect evidence of homicide in a foreign vessel. Hong Kong Police Corps police chief, Hong Kong Interpol and police handling cases and received a warm welcome to us and help us successfully completed the task of handling cases. During our work in Hong Kong, we made use of our contacts with the Hong Kong police to understand the law and order situation in Hong Kong, the organizational structure of the Hong Kong police, operational mechanism and ways to deal with crimes.
