对于如何有效的遏制英语教学中的“两级分化”现象,需要广大英语教师主动从自身的教学活动中去发现问题,寻找解决问题的方法和策略。只有充分发挥老师在教学中的主导作用,正确的规范和引导学生的行为和习惯,激发学生的学习动机和兴趣,优化课堂设计,实施分层教学,建立和谐的师生关系等,才能从根本上解决“两极分化”这个难题。
