随着我国社会经济的发展,基础设施建设也在不断加快步伐,建筑行业顺应时代蓬勃发展,然而建筑行业的参与者众多,良莠不齐的现象也频繁发生,很多地方都被报道出“烂尾楼”、“豆腐渣”工程,对我国的经济发展以及人民生命财产安全造成了重大的安全威胁。所以,随着政府与社会对当前建筑工程的不断重视,建筑设计者与施工者也开始对建筑质量进行管理、控制和加强。本文就建筑施工项目的质量控制与监督进行切入,从施工设计、建筑过程、完工保养以及全过程监督进行每一个环节的分析,从而确保工程质量,促进建筑行业的健康发展。
With the social and economic development of our country, the infrastructure construction is also accelerating. The construction industry complies with the vigorous development of the times. However, there are many participants in the construction industry. The occurrence of mixed phenomena frequently occurs. Many places have been reported as “ ”, “ Rubbish residue ”project has caused a significant security threat to our country’s economic development and people’s lives and property. Therefore, as the government and society pay more attention to the current construction projects, architects and constructors begin to manage, control and strengthen the construction quality. In this paper, quality control and supervision of construction projects cut into, from the construction design, construction process, completion and maintenance and supervision of the entire process of every aspect of the analysis, so as to ensure the quality of the project and promote the healthy development of the construction industry.
