随着国家土地资源的日益紧张,人民生活水平的提高,大量的单层或多层地下空间被应用到民用建筑工程,其综合建造成本高,因此造价控制成为投资建设单位的核心问题。本文通过总结分析影响地下空间的成本因素,探讨地下空间的设计优化策略。
With the increasingly tight national land resources and the improvement of people’s living standards, a large number of single or multi-storey underground spaces are applied to civil construction projects, and their comprehensive construction costs are high. Therefore, cost control has become a key issue for investment and construction units. In this paper, through the analysis of the cost factors that affect underground space, the paper discusses the design optimization strategy of underground space.
