目的探讨1 800 MHz电磁辐射出生前和出生后大鼠海马中神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)表达的影响。方法采用1 800 MHz射频电磁波分别对32只SD孕鼠于孕期0~20 d和32只4周龄大鼠进行连续21 d暴露,每天12 h,功率密度为0.5和1.0m W/cm~2。各实验组分别设置虚拟暴露作为对照。暴露期间的环境条件(温度、湿度、背景噪声等)稳定。暴露完成后(待出生前暴露组F1代仔鼠长至7周龄)每组随机抽取8只(仔鼠)大鼠,采用免疫组织化学方法对海马中NCAM进行染色;随后采用图像分析系统进行分析。结果出生前及出生后0.5 m W/cm~2功率密度组与对照组相比,均出现NCAM表达下调;1.0 m W/cm~2未发现此类情况。出生前0.5 m W/cm~2组与出生后0.5 m W/cm~2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。0.5 m W/cm~2暴露组与1.0 m W/cm~2暴露组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1 800 MHz电磁波可致出生前及出生后暴露SD大鼠海马NCAM在0.5 m W/cm~2组表达下调。
Objective To investigate the effect of 1 800 MHz electromagnetic radiation on the expression of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in hippocampus of prenatal and postnatal rats. Methods Twenty-two SD pregnant rats were exposed for 21 d at 0 ~ 20 d and 32 4-week-old rats at 18 h with a power density of 0.5 and 1.0 m W / cm ~ 2 . The experimental groups were set up as a virtual exposure control. Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, background noise, etc.) during exposure are stable. After exposure, the F1 generation of offspring in the exposed group was grown up to 7 weeks of age. Eight rats were randomly selected from each group. Immunohistochemistry was used to stain the NCAM in the hippocampus. Subsequently, the image analysis system was used analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of NCAM in the power density group of 0.5 m W / cm ~ 2 before birth and after birth was lower than that of the control group. No such situation was found at 1.0 mW / cm ~ 2. There were no significant differences between pre-birth 0.5 m W / cm ~ 2 group and post-birth 0.5 m W / cm ~ 2 group (P> 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) between 0.5 mW / cm ~ 2 exposure group and 1.0 mW / cm2 exposure group. Conclusion 1 800 MHz electromagnetic wave can cause the NCAM in hippocampus of SD rats exposed before and after birth to be down-regulated in 0.5 mW / cm ~ 2 group.
