目的:建立益气固脱颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中的黄芪、当归、枳壳进行定性鉴别,用HPLC对黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性对照无干扰;黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸分别在0.112 0~1.120,0.012 0~0.120 g·L-1与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率依次为98.54%,97.79%,RSD分别为2.2%,1.9%。结论:定性定量方法简便、结果准确可靠、专属性强,所建标准可用于益气固脱颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Yiqi Gude granule. Methods: The Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica sinensis and Citrus aurantium were identified by TLC. The contents of Astragaloside and ferulic acid were determined by HPLC. Results: The spots of TLC were clear and the resolution was good. There was no interference with the negative control. Astragaloside Ⅳ and ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship with the integral of peak area at 0.112 0 ~ 1.120,0.012 0 ~ 0.120 g · L -1, The recoveries were 98.54% and 97.79%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.2% and 1.9%, respectively. Conclusion: The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is simple, the results are accurate and reliable, and the specificity is strong. The established standard can be used for the quality control of Yiqi Guye granule.
