目的 :观察轻度低温对脑缺血再灌注后细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :沙鼠 4 0只 ,随机分假手术组、缺血组和轻度低温 ( 3 2~ 3 3℃ ) 2 h组、6h组、1 2 h组共 5组。夹闭双侧颈总动脉 2 0 min再灌注 72 h观察细胞凋亡。结果 :FCM显示缺血组海马区凋亡细胞 9.3 % ,轻度低温 2 h、6h、1 2 h组分别 4 .6%、2 .6%、1 .7%。 HE显示缺血组海马CA1 区损伤细胞为 2 6.4 % ,低温 1 2 h下降为 4 .4 %。结论 :轻度低温能抑制脑缺血后凋亡及坏死细胞。
Objective: To observe the effect of mild hypothermia on cell apoptosis after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: 40 gerbils were randomly divided into sham operation group, ischemia group and mild hypothermia (3 2 ~ 3 3 ℃) 2 h group, 6 h group and 12 h group. The bilateral common carotid arteries were occluded for 20 min and reperfused for 72 h to observe the apoptosis. Results: FCM showed that apoptotic cells in the hippocampus were 9.3% in the ischemic group, 4.6%, 2.6% and 1.7% in the mild hypothermia for 2 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours respectively. HE showed that the ischemic hippocampal CA1 area of injured cells was 2 6.4%, 12 h low temperature decreased to 4. 4%. Conclusion: Mild hypothermia can inhibit apoptosis and necrotic cells after cerebral ischemia.
