近期,全国各地按照“全覆盖、零容忍、严执法、重实效”的总体要求,深入开展安全生产大检查。通过层层检查、督查以及“四不两直”明查暗访,发现并整改了大批隐患,有力地推动了安全生产各项工作措施的落实,为保障人民群众生命财产安全,促进全国安全生产形势平稳好转奠定了坚实基础。但基层安全监管部门在进行安全生产大检查时,却存在“四难”困惑。对此,笔者提出以下建议。
