试讲是师范生教育实习前在课堂教学方面所进行的综合演习和实战训练,对师范生顺利进入教育实习状态,承担教学实习任务有很大的促进作用,对师范生的求职招聘更有至关重要的作用。民族院校由于招收的学生英语基础普遍较弱,在试讲中出现了若干问题,如对试讲重视程度不够、教师课堂用语不规范、课前不宣布教学计划、缺乏教学过程的过渡、词汇的介绍过于死板、提问过程不正确、教师的示范不明确等问题,本文针对以上问题,提出了相应的对策,以期对今后的试讲起到一定的参考意义。
