上海宝山钢铁总厂是我国建国以来最大的工业建设工程。本文概述了宝钢从国外引进的新技术,按生产系统分别介绍原料处理、焦化、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、连续铸锭、初轧、无缝钢管、热连轧带钢、冷连轧带钢和能源中心等十一个方面所采用的大型化、现代化生产设备和主要的新工艺、新技术,概括地反映了七十年代钢铁工业的水平,具有规模大、技术新、效率高、能源节约、综合利用及环境保护好等特点。
