绪言: 关于合金元素对铸态球墨铸铁机械性能的影响,已经做过许多研究,K.Rcehrig等做了广泛的总结。对铁水孕育增加了晶核数目,因而也增加了共晶团数目。适当的孕育能防止形成过冷石墨和菜氏体碳化物。但孕育作用仅能维持一个较短的时间,因此,应尽量缩短孕育和凝固之间的时间。因而使用了瞬时孕育法。此法可以在浇注时加孕育剂或直接把孕育剂加在浇口杯里。
