目的探讨护肝宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝伴肝功能异常的疗效。方法随机将100例非酒精性脂肪肝伴肝功能异常患者分为2组,治疗组50例用护肝宁片治疗,对照组用葡醛内酯片治疗,疗程为12周,治疗前后测定患者肝功能(ALT、AST)及B超显像变化,同时观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组较对照组治疗后血清酶学下降明显(P<0.05),B超检查示治疗组较对照组治疗后脂肪肝改善明显(P<0.05),未发现明显副作用。结论护肝宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝伴肝功能异常能明显改善脂肪肝的肝功能,减轻肝脏脂肪浸润的程度,具有良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huganing Tablets on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with abnormal liver function. Methods 100 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients with liver dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 50 patients treated with Huganing tablets, the control group with glucurolactone tablets treatment for 12 weeks, before and after treatment in patients Liver function (ALT, AST) and B ultrasound imaging changes, while observing adverse drug reactions. Results Compared with the control group, the serum enzymology of the treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.05). The B-ultrasound examination showed that the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05), and no obvious side effects were found. Conclusion Huganing tablet treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with abnormal liver function can significantly improve the liver function of fatty liver, reduce the degree of fatty liver, with good effect.
