动漫产业的发展使得动画专业相关人才的需求量大大增加。动画电影的创作需要一个强大的制作班底,同时需要了解和掌握的知识十分全面甚至庞大:从剧本编写到整个动画制作中视听语言的组织,从动画背景的绘制到整部作品气氛音乐的烘托,动画的创作涵盖了一个完善的制作系统、分工明确而且高度合作的过程,在这个过程中,每一个环节都很重要,这需要大家齐心协力,团队协作。假如没有团队协作和共同的凝聚力,仅靠个人的努力,是不可能完成的,因此,动画制作中团队精神的培养显得格外重要。培养合格的动画专业人才,必须充分认识团队协作在动画专业教学中的重要性,需要将团队协作训练真正作为一个重要模块融入到教学工作的全过程中去。
