影响建筑工程项目施工质量的因素很多,如施工人员、施工设备和材料等等均直接影响工程项目的施工质量。文章对施工单位在施工人员、施工设备和材料、施工方法和环境及施工中质量控制的对策选择等方面谈了笔者的一些看法,仅供参考。
