好的建筑工程造价成本的控制与管理是要求我们建立一套科学完善的工程造价管理体系,使工程的计价、审查、确定、结算、决算等内容规范化、制度化。文章结合作者实际工程工作经验,分析了我国工程造价成本管理工作的现状,及加强工程造价成本控制与管理的各项对策,仅供同行参考。
Good control and management of the cost of construction projects require us to establish a set of scientific and perfect project cost management system to standardize and institutionalize the pricing, examination, determination, settlement and final accounts of the project. Combined with the author’s practical engineering experience, the article analyzes the status quo of China’s cost management of construction projects, and various measures to strengthen cost control and management of construction costs, for reference only.
