我区初级卫生保健工作系统分为行政管理和业务指导两大系统,其中业务指导系统是由区、街初保办、区内各专业院所、驻区医疗院所、街道PHC中心站、委红十字站组成。区、街初保办的主要职责是组织各专业医院、所对各工作网点进行技术指导。城区PHC规划目标中预防保健占较大比重,因此,卫生部门是实施城市初保的主力军。在工作中,我区注重发挥现有防保三级网的功能,结合初保工作的要求,突出社会服务特点,对地段防保站进行了改革,形成了以区卫生局、区初保办为龙头,以区卫生防疫站、区妇幼保健所、区牙病防治所、区结核病防治所、区精神病院、区健康教育所为业务指导中心,
The primary health care work system in our district is divided into two major systems: administrative management and business guidance. We have reformed the anti-prevention stations in the area and formed the District Health Bureau and the District Preliminary Guarantee. As a leader, a district health and epidemic prevention station, district maternal and child health clinic, district dental disease prevention and treatment institute, district tuberculosis prevention and treatment institute, district mental hospital, and district health education institute as business guidance centers.
