目的 建立超临界流体萃取 (SFE)技术和毛细管气相色谱 (CGC)非在线联用技术 ,测定中成药腰痛片中的主要成分。方法 以SFE法进行样品前处理 ,CGC法采用含 5 %苯基硅氧烷交联毛细管柱 ,蒽作为内标进行定量。结果 对国内 5个厂家生产的腰痛片中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素进行测定 ,含量分别为 :补骨脂素 0 .11~ 0 .5 1mg·g-1,异补骨脂素 0 .2 1~ 0 .5 8mg·g-1。结论 SFE CGC法是腰痛片质量控制的快速可靠、准确灵敏的方法。
Objective To establish a supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) technique and capillary gas chromatography (CGC) non-on-line technique to determine the main components in Chinese patent medicine lumbago tablets. Methods The sample preparation was performed by SFE method. The CGC method was based on a 5% phenylsiloxane cross-linked capillary column with hydrazine as an internal standard for quantification. Results Psoralen and isopsoralen were measured in lumbar pain tablets produced by 5 domestic manufacturers. The contents were: psoralen 0 .11 to 0.51 mg·g-1, isosorbide Su 0.21 to 0.58 mg·g-1. Conclusion SFE CGC is a fast, reliable, accurate and sensitive method for quality control of lumbar pain.
