包头市链条输送机械制造有限公司的前身是包头市链条运输机械制造厂,是我国西北地区推一生产链条和输送机械的国有企业。企业曾经有过辉煌,有过重要贡献,但从1994年下半年开始,经济效益急速下滑,直至资不抵债,于1996年11月16日依法宣告破产。全厂747名职工下岗待业。在企业危难之际,厂党委高举党的旗帜,充分发挥政治核心作用,以党的政治优势凝聚人心,带领广大党员和职工不懈奋斗,靠自己的努力,靠深化改革,终于使企业死而后生,走出困境。 一、靠党的政治优势稳定人心 包头市链条运输机械制造厂过去由于经营机制不能适应市场经济的要求,加之经营决策失误和内部管理不善等
Baotou City Chain Transportation Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the predecessor of Baotou City chain of transport machinery manufacturing plant in Northwest China is pushing a production chain and transport machinery state-owned enterprises.
