供电企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,关系着国民经济的命脉。在供电企业中,固定资产是维持和提高供电生产能力的重要物质保障,且占总资产的比重大、金额高,是企业的主要资产,其相应的日常管理好坏又直接影响企业的经营成果和经营效益,因此,如何管理好固定资产成为供电企业目前应该重视和解决的首要问题,研究供电企业固定资产的日常管理也有着非比寻常的意义。文章从分析我国目前供电企业粗放式管理体制、折旧的提取、检修、报废环节的现状、弊端及原因出发,提出几条完善建议和解决对策。

In power supply enterprises, fixed assets are an important material guarantee for maintaining and improving power supply production capacity, and their proportion to the total assets is high. They are the main assets of an enterprise and their corresponding daily management is good and has a direct impact on the operating results of the enterprises And management efficiency. Therefore, how to manage fixed assets has become the most important issue that power supply enterprises should pay attention to and solve nowadays. It is of extraordinary significance to study the daily management of fixed assets in power supply enterprises. Based on the analysis of the extensive management system of power supply enterprises in our country, the status quo, drawbacks and reasons of depreciation extraction, overhaul and scrap links, the article puts forward several suggestions and solutions to the problems.
