This paper introduces two new types of clutch developed successfully in the former Soviet Union, the safety clutch (Invention Certificate No. 1402732) and the roller clutch (Invention Certificate No. 1599597). The safety clutch (see Figure 1) consists of the active half clutch 4, the passive half clutch 6 , Torsion spring 5, the safety pin 1 (baffle 2 to prevent its fall off) and the sleeve 3 and other components.
