在全面建设小康社会的新时期,胡锦涛总书记提出以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观,旗帜鲜明地指出了在社会主义社会里,什么是真善美,什么是假恶丑,应当坚持什么、反对什么,提倡什么、抵制什么,明确了当代中国最基本的价值取向和行为准则,是引领社会风尚的光辉旗帜。在新的历史条件下,树立社会主义荣辱观,是贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求,是形成良好社会风尚的迫切需要,是培育新时代社会主义“四有”新人的根本要求。学习贯彻胡锦涛重要讲话精神,牢固树立社会主义荣辱观,是全党全国人民的一项重大任务。
In the new period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward the socialist concept of honor and disgrace with “eight honors and eight disgraces” as the main content. He clearly pointed out in the socialist society what is truth, goodness and beauty, what is fake and evil, What to uphold, what to oppose, what to advocate, and what to boycott, and the most basic value orientation and code of conduct in contemporary China are clear banners that lead the social fashion. Under the new historical conditions, building a socialist concept of honor or disgrace is an objective requirement for implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society. It is an urgent need to form a good social custom, and is to foster a new generation of “four haves” for socialism in the new era Fundamental requirements. Studying and implementing Hu Jintao’s important speech and firmly establishing the socialist concept of honor and disgrace are a major task for the entire party and the people throughout the country.
