我县处于半山区地区,交通很不方便。过去由于我们不能自制制剂,特别是输液制剂,急重症病人常需转院,增加了患者的痛苦和经济负担。作为一个药剂工作者应该怎样对待这些问题呢?我们首先学习了《为人民服务》和《愚公移山》等文章,在愚公的精神鼓舞下,我们因陋就简,自力更生,在简陋的条件下建立了制剂室。制剂室从无到有:我院自建院以来,药房就只有单一的调剂室。由于外科开展手术工作,常需要大量的输液药品。起初我们是从市场购买输液制剂,可是供应量很小,后又向兄弟医脘求援,这样也远远解决不了术后用药问题。我们想,能这样继续下去吗?不能!于是就亲自动手,因陋就简,利用手术室走廊和一间石膏綳带
