陆家嘴街道“金色纽带”党建模式抓住社区党建领导体制机制调整改革机遇,主动对接自贸区建设要求,以需求为导向,有效整合居民区资源与商务楼宇资源,以党组织资源的整合带动社会资源的整合,通过区域化党建增强党组织凝聚力,构建区域化党建大格局,推动社区发展。区域化党建是以街道党工委为核心,辖区内各种类型党组织和党员共同参与、资源共享、优势互补、共驻共建的基层党建新模式,街道党工委通过努力拓展社会化的工作平台和载体,建构多样化的组织形式,使党在社会的组织联系成为有机整体,共同承担起关怀社会、服务社会和保障社会的功能。
