烘烤是烤烟生产的关键环节。烘烤的整个过程是为了使烟叶在温、湿度变化的条件下达到品质转化、固色和干燥。在烘烤过程中,温度和湿度都是通过掌握火候来控制的,可划分为小火“变黄”期,中火“定色”期,大火“干筋”期。掌握好这三个时期的火候和时间,是烘烤烟叶的关键技术。在烟叶适熟采收的基础上,烘烤的方法不同,对烟叶品质的优劣起着决定性的作用,群众总结为“烤好一炕宝,烤坏一炕草”。
Baking is a key part of flue-cured tobacco production. The whole process of baking is to make the tobacco leaf achieve the quality conversion, fixing and drying under the conditions of temperature and humidity change. During the baking process, the temperature and humidity are controlled by grasping the heat, which can be divided into the “yellowing” period of the small fire, the “fixed color” period of the medium fire, and the “dry stir” of the fire. Grasp the heat and time of these three periods, is the key technology of baking tobacco. On the basis of suitable harvesting of tobacco leaves, different baking methods play a decisive role on the quality of tobacco leaves.
