泡沫酸脱绒棉种深受棉农青睐

由中国农业工程研究设计院设计的一吨/小时棉籽泡沫酸脱绒精选成套设备,1988年在江苏如东县棉花良种厂安装就绪,并顺利调试投产。1989年共加工了1.1万公斤盐棉48成品光籽。该套设备加工的棉籽,与机械浓硫酸脱绒和手工脱绒相比有效地克服了污染大、选种难的缺点,大大提高了种子质量。1989年如东县种子公司利用该套设备加工的棉籽产品在浒零乡安排了6600亩示范棉田的对比试验。根据当地棉农对 The one-ton / hour cottonseed acid foam de-filling equipment designed by China Agricultural Engineering Research and Design Institute was installed and ready in 1988 in Jiangsu Rudong Cotton Variety Plant and was commissioned successfully. In 1989, a total of 11,000 kilograms of salt cotton 48 finished light seeds were processed. The cottonseed processed by this set of equipment can effectively overcome the shortcomings of big pollution and hard seed selection and greatly improve the quality of seeds compared with the mechanical de-velulation and manual de-velveration of concentrated sulfuric acid.
