现在,工业企业普遍推行奖金分配制度,奖金在激发职工的工作动机,调动职工的生产工作积极性,保证企业整体效益方面,确实起到了经济杠杆的作用。但是,由于一些企业发放奖金缺乏硬性考核指标,不管职工是否付出超额劳动,照样按人头发放,奖金分配成了一种变相附加工资,含有保健因素,使奖金的正效应发挥不出来。本文试图通过对奖金分配存在误区的分析,浅谈发挥奖金分配的激励作用。
Nowadays, industrial enterprises generally implement the bonus distribution system. Bonuses have stimulated the work motivation of employees, mobilized the enthusiasm of employees for production work, and ensured the overall efficiency of enterprises. They have indeed played a role in economic leverage. However, due to the lack of mandatory evaluation indicators for bonuses issued by some companies, regardless of whether employees are paying excessive amounts of labor, they are still allocated according to their heads. The distribution of bonuses is a disguised additional wage, which includes health care factors, so that the positive effects of bonuses cannot be realized. This article tries to analyze the misunderstanding of the distribution of bonuses, and discusses the incentive effect of the distribution of bonuses.
