Case No .: IMM-956-97 Dated: February 12, 1998 The applicant filed a judicial review of the visa officer’s decision to reject her immigration application. The reason for this judgment stems from the applicant’s proposed judicial review of the visa officer’s decision in Beijing, China. The visa officer decided to reject the applicant’s immigration application in Canada. The decision was made on January 13, 1997.
