影响(微)张力减径机轧制能力的因素主要包括:单机架减径率、单机架变形量、轧制荒管规格、轧制温度、轧制速度、机架间张力等。主要研究分析在单机架减径率及变形量确定的情况下,机架间张力对轧制负荷的影响,以指导实际生产过程中如何利用张力的变化来控制减径轧制在正常负荷下的运行。结果表明:平均张力系数Zm越大,减径轧制时各机架的轧制负荷越大;平均张力系数Zm不变,各机架的轧制负荷随机架间张力增大而增大。
Affect (micro) tension reducer rolling ability of the factors include: single-frame reduction rate, single-frame deformation, rolling shortage tube specifications, rolling temperature, rolling speed, rack tension and so on. The main research is to analyze the influence of the inter-frame tension on the rolling load under the condition of single-frame reducing rate and deformation, in order to guide the actual production process how to use the change of tension to control the reducing-rolling under the normal load run. The results show that the larger the average tension coefficient Zm is, the larger the rolling load of each frame during the reduction rolling is. The average tension coefficient Zm is constant. The rolling load of each frame increases with the increase of tension between frames.
