利用红外碳硫分析仪,对钢铁中的超低碳分析进行了试验研究,提出了一种超低碳分析方法。研究了影响钢样中超低碳分析的一些因素,如坩埚、比较水平、最短分析时间、助熔剂的量、称样量等。试验结果表明:以1 200℃通氧灼烧2 h或1 200℃灼烧4 h坩埚残存碳最低且稳定;当比较水平为3,最短分析时间为40 s,助熔剂的量为1.8 g左右,称样量在0.6~1.0 g时,是分析碳质量分数在0.001%~0.01%钢铁的优化条件。该优化条件下,测定的结果准确可靠,RSD小于10%,完全能满足生产检验的要求。
The use of infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, ultra-low carbon steel in the analysis of the experimental study, put forward a method of ultra-low carbon analysis. Some factors affecting the ultra-low carbon analysis in steel samples, such as crucible, comparative level, shortest analysis time, amount of flux, weighing sample, etc., were studied. The results showed that the residual carbon was the lowest and stable at 1 200 ℃ for 2 h or 1 200 ℃ for 4 h.
