煤矿在开采的过程中,常常会用到矿井绞车来作为提升机和搬运设备,使开采人员和材料得以安全进入矿井底部,再将开采到的煤炭运送出地面,以及将人员安全送出等。因此,矿井绞车在煤矿开采生产的过程中具有极为重要的作用和地位,即保证绞车的安全运行,也就保证了生产的安全实施。而在绞车的工作中,主要是通过盘形闸间隙保护和松绳保护这两种保护措施来作为绞车的主要保护装置,因此,研究矿井绞车的盘形闸间隙保护以及松绳保护的实用性和安全性是非常有必要的。现本文就针对实用型绞车盘形闸间隙保护,松绳保护作以探讨,研究其工作的基本原理,为提高绞车的安全保护性能提供参考。
